Bookkeep IT was started in 2008 by Ian Stone, to formalise many years of experience within business management, IT assistance and book keeping.

Ian has over 20 years experience within hospitality management, business development, sales, contract administration and bookkeeping.

Currently finalizing a Diploma of Business Management and qualifications in financial services he believes professionalism, accuracy and customer liaison are keys to success within this industry.

Registered with the Australian Government, Tax Practicioners Board as a BAS Service Provider, (BAS Agent) under the new regulations 1st March 2010

With these new laws, only registered BAS Agents and Tax Agents can provide certain services for a fee. These include:

- Reconciling BAS data for your BAS statement

- Completing your BAS statement/advising which data to include

- Ascertaining your withholding obligations for employees (PAYG)
